Returns/refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, contact us at info@penta-golf.com and we'll get you sorted out as soon as possible. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions and details on how and where to send your package.

All returns that are shipped back within the 14-day time period will be refunded to the original form of payment.

We want you to be happy with your new PENTA gear, so contact us at info@penta-golf.com any time and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.

In the case of a return, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return the item.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your product in its original condition, please follow the return procedures outlined above. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Faulty goods

Please email info@penta-golf.com with your order number and the problem with the item. We will cover the costs to return the item. Once received, we will either refund the cost of the item paid at purchase (including postage), or send a replacement if the stock is available.
